A light bodied, unfiltered wheat beer with fruity and clove-like flavors. *Try it mixed with our current fruit beer for a 'berry-weiss' or with a splash of lemonade for a Mug Club favorite, the "German Radler'!

Naga-Wicked Pale Ale

5.5% ABV

A copper hued and medium bodied, this beer has hop flavor ,aroma and bitterness.

Delafield Amber

5.5% ABV

An amber colored medium bodied ale with a malt forward finish.

Pewaukee Porter

5.5% ABV

A medium bodied dark ale with some roasted dark malt flavor.

Flemming's Irish Stout

5% ABV

This sessionable light bodied and creamy dry stout has moderate bitterness and a coffee like roast finish. This beer is Nitrogen Dispensed.

Peanut Butter Porter

Rich and creamy peanut butter meets our smooth and chocolatey porter to create this unique beer.

Okauchee Scotchie

10.5% ABV

A dark brown sweet and malty strong Scotch ale aged for 18 months in Old Elk bourbon barrels. Aromas of dried fruit and caramel complement its underlying tart cherry, vanilla and bourbon warming finish.

Tangerine Pale Ale

5% ABV

Flavors and aroma of tangerine and citrus pair well with this hoppy American pale ale.

Blueberry Ale

4.5% ABV

A light bodied ale made with the addition of 100% real blueberry juice.

Zebra Hop (Delafield Brewhaus Variant)

7.25% ABV

This hazy IPA was double dry hopped with loads of Citra, Idaho 7 and Cryo Pop, producing a tropical citrus punch. This variation was brewed as a collaborative effort to raise awareness and funds for individuals with rare diseases.

Frühlingzeit Maibock

7.5% ABV

A lighter colored, but still malty, version of Bock Beer, traditionally served in spring. 'Hopfen und Malz, Gott erhalts'.

Hopfenteufel IPA
